 Duplexes
/ Triplexes are, as the name implies, houses with 2 or 3 floors. They usually
have a kitchen-lounge and a bathroom downstairs, with 2-4 bedrooms and bathroom
on the upper floors.
Most often they are part of a duplex/triplex
community with communal garden and swimming pool.

 They
are stand alone villas and offer you every comfort. Some of them are located in a complex with shared facilities and a monthly maintenance
charge. Others are private properties built to your specifications and you are
